Sometimes I wonder
Why should I bother
To live the way God wants me living?
‘Cos God’s ways can be hard
My ways are easier, and,
In Christ my sins all get forgiven.
God gave salvation so we
Could live our lives to please him
That’s why we need to remember…

When Jesus came and
Gave his life for our sin
Our sinful selves were dying with him.
And now he’s raised in glory,
Our lives become his story.
So new lives to the Lord we’re living.
Now we’re united with Christ,
There is no room for our sin,
